WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

DO YOU OFFER PROMOTIONS OR SALES?
Currently, we offer free shipping on your first order after signing up to join the Jollie family email list as well as on orders over $200. Due to the fact that we donate a large percentage of products and percentage of sales to help fund various treatment centers and non-profits, we are unable to offer additional promotions or sales.

We offer standard, expedited and rush shipping. Note: Monogrammed items require extra time and attention and can only be shipped via standard shipping.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. Please note, your original shipping charges are non-refundable.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are happy to accept any unused items that are of course, not customized within 30 days of purchase.
CAN I RETURN A GIFT CARD?
Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable but they can be transferred to another person, friend or family member.
CAN I USE YOUR MATS IF I AM ALLERGIC TO LATEX?
While the rubber in our mats does come from rubber trees, our manufacturers use a process to remove 99.9% of latex. That being said, if you are highly allergic to latex, we recommend you consult your physician prior to use.
HOW CAN I MAKE MY SUEDE MATS GRIPPIER?
Our plush mats which are made of a microsuede, are super soft. If you prefer to practice with a grippier mat, we suggest lightly wetting your suede mat prior to use. You can achieve this by wetting your hands prior to use or using a water spray bottle and gently misting your mat.
HOW DO I DETERMINE IF MY CHILD NEEDS A CHILD VS. ADULT SIZED MAT?
We suggest adding 6 inches to your height as a general rule of thumb to determine the right length for your mat. If your child is reaching 5 feet, we suggest switching over to our adult mats.
DO YOUR MATS HAVE A RUBBER ODOR TO THEM?
We are proud to say our mats do not leave behind a strong odor similar to some other rubber mats we have tried in the past. If you still find there is an odor to your Jollie mat, place it in a well-ventilated area for several hours.
WHEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY OLD MAT?
We suggest replacing your old mat after 6-12 months of use. Since every one’s practice looks a little different, we suggest looking for signs that you might need a new mat. These include: holes or spots of discoloration or deterioration, differences in thickness on the mat itself or uneven edges on the sides of the mat, decreased grip or stickiness to your mat, and of course- a stinky mat needs to go!
WHERE CAN I RECYCLE MY OLD MAT?
We recognize that the manufacturing process of rubber and clothing is not perfect and can make an impact on our earth. We highly suggest you recycle or upcycle your old mat. Please see our recycling program to learn more about how you can do this through our recycling program. Did we mention that if you recycle your mat through Jollie, 10 cents to the pound are donated back to a pediatric cancer charities of Jollie’s choice.
WHAT ORDER SHOULD I PLACE MY INITIAL FOR MONOGRAM
For two or three letter monograms, type the letters in the order you want them to appear.
WHERE IS THE EMBROIDERY PLACED ON THE STRAP?
The embroidery is placed just above the logo so you can go on, and show off while carrying the mat.
WHAT MAKES JOLLIE'S MATS SO ECO-FRIENDLY?
Jollie mats are eco friendly because they are made from sustainable resources- natural rubber. We searched for the perfect manufacturer who could source non-amazon harvested rubber. We are proud to say our mats do not contain synthetic additives, PVC, harsh dyes or chemicals.
WHY ARE YOUR MATS NOT MANUFACTURED IN THE US?
Rubber is only produced in plants that grow in certain areas of the word. Because of this, the US is not a producer of natural rubber which requires companies to import rubber from other countries with more tropical climates. While rubber that comes from rubber trees is the best option for mats today, Jollie plans to continue to search for alternative and innovative sources of rubber that could potentially be found in the US. While some of our mats are not manufactured in the US, all of our products are made in compliance with US safety laws. All of our products are assembled with love in the United States.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY MAT?
We suggest hand washing our mats and straps when possible and laying flat to dry. If you are unable to hand wash your straps, we suggest washing them on cool and tumble dry on low. Please see our product details for our suggested “recipe” to hand clean your mat.
CAN I MACHINE WASH MY MAT?
Due to our manufacturer’s innovative process to remove the odor that sometimes comes with other rubber mats, we do not suggest machine washing your mat as it can disturb this process.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY MAT?
Did we mention our super cute yoga mat carrying straps also serve as a great tool to store your mat from any hook or knob.
CAN I USE MY MAT OUTSIDE?
We suggest keeping your mat out of direct sunlight as this can interfere with the colors and rubber in our mats.
